We try to be as flexable as we can be - Providing our guests with everything from the single night stay (Usually Serviced) and relaxing short beak (Serviced or Self Catering) to the more traditional holday of a week or more (Usually Self Catering) .

If you want to book further into the future than our price lists allow, require something that our current rates do not allow for or just want to talk to a person then contact us directly, we will let you know the price and help you to place the booking.

Self Catering Accomodation

This accounts for the majority of our holidays. We provide the Cottage, Linen & Towels (Changed Weekly), Electricity, Heating Oil, Wood, Cleaning Materials and On-Site Facilities. You provide everything else. See our Self Catering Price Lists below for Prices.

Serviced Accomodation

We have introduced a serviced accomodation facility with daily cleaning, linen/towel changes, breakfast boxes and complementary tea and coffee making facilities which is aimed at the premium leasure/business market. We feel that this service is competative with most comparative hotels - instead of a room you get a suite of rooms with kitchen and lounge making it a home away from home. Booking and Paying Online

We have introduced an online booking facility (via an online agency) for those of you who want to book and pay for their holiday online, however there are significant overheads of paying this way (there is a 6% surcharge on top of the direct prices quoted here).

Booking and Paying Direct

We offer our best rates to our guests who book and pay us direct via email/post or phone and we can do this because there is no middle man so there are no agent fees to pay. So if you wish to recieve the best price (as quoted in our price lists) then book and pay us direct via email or phone.

Payment of Deposit

We require the payment of a deposit via Cheque (post) or Debit Card (telephone). If you wish to pay by Credit Card you may but we ask that you pay the full amount in advance (see our Terms and Conditions).

All cheques should be made payable to J Merry.

Payment of Balance

We require the payment of any balance on arrival via Cash/Cheque/Debit Card. If at this point you have to pay by Credit Card a 6% surcharge will be added (see our Terms and Conditions).
